Hi, I am often having to look up member history and we've had many payment vendors over the years. I need to be able to quickly look up a customer name and their transaction history with us. Where can I do this? There is an easy search function in Stripe, for example, but I find nowhere to do this in PayPal. Please advise - thank you!!!!

Hello @mjcdesignmuseum,
Welcome to the PayPal Community!
I definitely understand your frustration.
You can view your payment history by going to the Activity section of your PayPal account. There is a search bar feature that allows you to enter the name, email, or phone number of the contact you're trying to view. You can also download an activity report from your account.
I hope this helps!
