Paypal eliminated the download transactions button when the site was upgraded about ten days ago. I used to be able to download credit card transactions into quicken by choosing something like transactions since statement date. Can it be done after the update somehow?

I am having this problem as well and it has been really frustrating trying to get my transactions into my budgeting software without having to manually put them in one by one. Any luck?

Same here.
PLUS
Every account has an Account Hold, then the transaction, then Hold Release. Thus, if I have 200 transactions, it shows 600 transactions. It's maddening.
The fact that it works this way for reports shows a staggering vista of untouched ignorance regarding basic accounting functions on the part of an organization that has been in business for close to 25 years.

Hit or miss from me...sometimes it will work other times not so much with the latter being the bigger problem! I've gotten to the point where I'm about ready to boot Paypal and all their services!

Hello @ski522, @jrepp56, and @causer2,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some difficulty downloading your transaction history. If you're looking for the history of your PayPal payments, here's a link directly to your Activity Download page. There you'll find the option to download your history to your desired format. If you're unable to view the history of one of your PayPal Credit Cards, please reach out to the number on the back of your card for further assistance.
Good luck to you all!

Credit card transactions don't appear in the custom report. Called the bank. They said the PDF was the only option. Manually typing hundreds of monthly transactions is not an option. Help please!

Yeah, I called the number on the card for Synchrony, and then they connected me directly to PayPal for support... and then they reconnect me back to the number on the card. I was passed around for over 30 minutes. It's like nobody on support is aware of the fact you can't go in and download a CSV of your Credit card activity. I have never seen a card provider that doesn't give this option.
I am just hoping somebody who can get things moving at PayPal to correct this sees this thread because no number called, support email sent, or chat on Facebook has gone anywhere for me.

Exactly, all you can download is a PDF...before the September's website change you could download a CSV file and maybe a QIF file (I don't remember if QIF was a download option), a CSV would be enough though.
