I have a friend in another country who will buy things online but has them shipped to me and asks me to fill a box up then ship to him to help save on shipping costs. He then pays me back friends and family for the shipping cost I pay. If he would end up paying me more then $600 in friends and family for the shipping costs thru friends and family will that get reported for 1099 purposes or since it's thru friends and family for postage reimbursement it won't?
