No caller ID about a transaction!

I just received a call from a NO caller ID saying that I just made a paypal transaction of 600 euros! I have not made any such transaction. Please help.

If its not showing anything in your paypal account then it was probably a scam call.

Did they want you to do anything to resolve things and if so what?
