I posted this elsewhere, but I think this is the right spot to ask this.
As soon as I select the "custom package" size on the label making page, it freezes up and crashes. I tried this on the app, as well as my laptop and PC (trying different browsers on both). So it seems it's a PayPal issue, and not an issue on my end.
The odd part is that it worked fine for the first label, though when I tried to make a second label it started freezing up.
Another odd part is that I went to try and message PayPal to report this problem, but the link for messaging them doesn't do anything. Nothing opens or loads. So I came here to try and catch someone's eye.
