I got a letter today that said there is now a fee for paper statements but when I tried to change to paperless I was told I had to close my account. Did anyone else run into this and what is the solution?

I also got the notice & am looking for answers. I haven't contacted customer service yet but cannot find where to change to paperless statements even though the notice says I can change it on my account online.

On my account I click on "PayPal Credit" and it takes me to my PayPal Credit page/website. I then go to "Activity" near the top and click on "Statements". Above all my statements in a green outlined box it says "Reduce clutter by receiving only electronic statements and stopping paper statements in the mail." Then there's a blue box you can click that says "Stop Paper Statements". It will have a box you need to click to check that you agree and then submit. If it works, when you scroll all the way down to the bottom of your statement page, you should see an option that says "receive paper statements" and "request past statements". Hope this helps.

I spent an hour on the phone with 3 different customer service agents, and none of them could help me with this issue. How to stop paper statements and go paperless.

Thank you for your reply on having the same issues. So I even had this problem when I called into the company for help. On the second call they finally told me how to go to the online site to find the correct link which was totally hidden. I am now signed on for the option of paperless to avoid unneeded fees. I hope you will get the same help.

So where do we go to find the "hidden" link? I just spent two hours trying to find where to cancel paper statements.
