We are using PayPal JavaScript SDK to render payment buttons on our portal, which is 100% focused on selling digital goods.
In Pay by Credit or Debit Card button, is there anyway we could disable/ remove
1. Ship to billing address checkbox
2. And the controls associated with it (separate shipping address entry controls)

Furthermore, we have integrated Pay with PayPal button too, which has another Pay by Card section on it and we would like to disable the same there as well.

Checked the SDK control query parameters and found nothing with this regard. Hence appreciate your feedback on rectifying this.
