PayPal Checkout Error

I am trying to add PayPal Checkout buttons to my website hosted on GoDaddy.

I have copied the files and entered my client id and secret as stated.

I can view the buttons but get an error

Could not initiate PayPal Checkout...

SyntaxError: The string did not match the expected pattern.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
