How to turn on IPN

Im am trying to turn on IPN using this article - https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/acc/ipn-info-outside

it states Note:To activate Instant Payment Notification, you'll need to enter the email address at which you would like to receive the notifications. Go to My selling tools in your Profile to turn it on.

I dont have my selling tools on my profile, can anyone tell me where that would be located?

Hello,

In order to enable IPN, you should only have to go to the IPN preferences page, enter an IPN URL you wish to use to receive IPN's and then save the change.

The direct URL's for the IPN preferences page for both our "LIVE" and "SANDBOX" environments can be found below for reference / ease of use.

-SANDBOX : https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-ipn-notify
