Redirect to sandbox.paypal.com/webapps/hermes/error

Hello!

I have a strange problem on my website with performing payments. Every time I try to pay with PayPal account or credit card, browser redirects me to 

https://sandbox.paypal.com/webapps/hermes/error just after I log in PayPal account. If return back to my website and try to pay again, I can see PayPal Checkout review page correctly (or can see error page again).

I've searched for this problem here and tried every suggestion, bot nothing helps.

I'm having the same issue but the Display url is /webapps/apps/Hermes?token=EC-42J24017M7953132D&Hermes=1&fromlite=1#/checkout

I have just lost nearly £50. I must have been redirected without my knowledge when paying a local catering company.  My payment went to someone in Russia.  Now when I log in to Paypal a message comes up that I have been timed out of:
