Sandbox webscr returns a 500 internal server error message.

Hi,

After clicking the Paypal Button https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr returns a 500 internal server error message (POST method).

It's working yesterday and we have to present the sandbox build of our site today. Please help.
