Tracking API: permissions error when trying to use Tracking API

we have issues with permissions when we are trying to use Tracking API in sandbox mode. How we can add permissions with scope https://uri.paypal.com/services/shipping/trackers/readwrite to our sandbox platform app?

Is there any chance you can update our app and add these permissions?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Community. For your live app, you will need to open a ticket directly to us.

• Go to https://www.paypal-techsupport.com/s/?language=en_US
• Click on Contact Us
• Click Login with PayPal
• Click Contact Us

Make sure that you include in the description please add the Future Payment's Scopes to my live Rest API app. You will need to provide in the description your live Rest API client id as well.
