sandbox account transactions not reflected in sandbox dashboard

Hi, 

(I am new here, so apologies if I just missed something in the docs)

I have connected my WooCommerce shop with a Paypal Sandbox account, and I am able to test the payments from my shop. However, I am not seeing the transactions in the business dashboard at all https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/mep/dashboard

Transactions are only registered in here:

https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/dashboard/sandbox

What can be wrong?

Hello,

Please share the merchant id from the sandbox account which sent the payments so I can check where they were sent.

Details on how to retrieve the merchant id for a sandbox account can be found within the pinned thread at the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue".

Hi Justin,

I figured it out on my own:

The app created on my sandbox is associated to a sandbox user, when I access the sandbox using that fake merchant account I can see everything in place.
