Account limitation due to age

Hello! So basically yesterday I was trying to link a credit card to the account in order to withdraw a sum of money(250$), I was getting an error and I decided to pass the verification and sent my identity card. The next day I find out that the paypal account got a limited status and I can't link any card anymore. "If you have funds in your PayPal balance, you can use it to refund your customers if needed. You can also withdraw any remaining funds from your PayPal account by clicking Withdraw near the top of the page". How should I get on with this situation and get my money ... PS: I wrote a message in support, one in twitter, one in messenger and nobody responds

Was it a temporary or permanent limitation, also were you under 18 when you opened your account?

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to do a withdrawal of funds from that account or allow you to open a new account and transfer the funds across for you. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once but you should get one of those options.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
