Account restriction over a misunderstanding

Hello i have a problem regarding my account. My account is currently restricted due to misunderstanding by Paypal itself that they thought that i tried to a set up a scam. In truth i tried to enter my bank account but it kept getting rejected which prompted me to make some new accounts to try again after failing with no success with the original account but it ended up making my account getting restricted. I would love this restriction to be lifted and me to be allowed to use paypal again and also i would like a little help to make my bank account get accepted

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
