Are there any SOLUTIONS TO rectify and reactivate my account from PERMANENT ban? So I was upset with my girlfriend, and didn't follow through with what I told her to do with the money, so I filled all the necessary disputes and I got permanently banned. And I felt that was unfair because I did not receive a warning, first of all. Secondly I wasn't limited from just filling disputes but the whole services that PayPal provides. Which I would think would be much more of an appropriate limitation considering I cannot use ANY OF THE PAYPAL SERVICES seemed a bit drastic and unwilling to work a solution with me, saying that their decision was final.... Any leniency guy? Especially for someone that has a girl that's irresponsible of her spending and sent her a bit too much money...why so strict and inflexible with your decision, especially for something so small... I think I now understand that "PayPal" covers the expenses of the loss and taking that into consideration I can see the reason for the ban, but permanently with no solution or ability to rectify such ban, I feel is unfair and shows a lack of care for their customers...

You can contact customer services and appeal but normally permanent means just that, they no longer are offering you the services of their site unfortunately.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
