Any good lawyers you had experience with, suing PayPal?

Hi all,

Eversince I started using PayPal for my business I had problems. And I'm tired of not having any communication from PayPal, or in best case hearing unreasonable excuses from their clueless customer service.

PayPal ruined my relationship with some of the best clients by taking my money, holding it for a long time, and at times even taking more money from my account without even notifying me!!!

>>> One case is when I had $1400 in my balance (all available balance!), requested $800 to be withdrawn to my bank account. It stayed pending for a couple hours. Next thing I see is $800 withdrawn from my BANK account, without the balance in PayPal changing in any way. 

Since 2016 I was hoping I would earn their trust or something and things would improve. Not change at all.... Keep having problems almost every transaction. 

I'm sick and tired of these clowns. The main problem with them is they DON'T COMMUNICATE AT ALL!!!  I was recently diagnosed with GAD and started having problems with my health, especially digestive issues.

I have been gathering evidence since February of this month, of every email, claim, statements, and phone conversations I had with them. I now am ready and really want to file a lawsuit against them for ruining my business relationships, health and family relationship. Things just got out of control...

I had talked to 4 lawyers already, but none seem to be qualified enough to deal with this lawsuit. I want someone who is confident enough in winning this.

Question is: Has anyone here dealt with lawsuits against payapal and could suggest a good lawyer for me? I saved up over 35k for this, I want to sue everything I possibly can out of them. And since I have most of the evidence in one place now, I figure it shouldn't take too long to put together a Complaint For Damages and Injunctive Relief along with figuring out the max prayer amount I can put on this. 
(I researched similar cases against Wells Fargo, lawsuits were won with 3-5 million in compensation).

Anyways, if you have a good lawyer to suggest, I would greatly appreciate it. And if you're in a similar situation, feel free to reach out to me. I will gladly share all the procedures I'm going through and will update you so you can do the same if you want to. Gotta make these clowns treat their customers right and show them they're not entitled to our money just by us using their services.

I am also having trouble with paypal embezzling my money closing my account stating it was a risk with over $2000 in it. 4 times holding my money longer than thier own policy allows for. No returns on my sales at all 65 items sold over 2 months period as a new seller. No bad feedbacks at all. As soon as I uploaded my ID they saw my Vietnamese face and put a permanent hold on my account. I am filing discrimination complaints at MCAD due to thier history of toying with my money on sales. Complaints with the FTC for unfair and deceptive bussiness practices. I might even take them to Federal Court just to have the opportunity to see the face of the person responsible. Federal court is cool for me cost me $ 400 to file and go to Boston Federal court but the subpoena parties involved get to come to us in Boston Federal court. They think they can do what they want with our money. Okay fine pay for your high priced lawyers and hotel stay for the 3 people my husband talked to on my behalf on pay pal customer service. Cost me money interupt my sales. Okay now you pay.

Having similar issues sold some product on Ebay to 9 diffrent buyers they were satisfied an asking for more. Now wen I did my PayPal account like 2 years ago never registered my cc nor bank info never purchase nor received money till this transaction.when I did my account I used my son name like I have on my ebay an Amazon account. But shipping cc info is my name I just have the habit to use my kids name so I wont forget username or passwords. So paypal wants to say that I cant cash out cuz the name on bank an I'd dont match user name. I explain to them the situation on how I did the account also uploaded my son school I'd with his full name. Me an my son have same name only thing he has a middle name. So for that reason I cant get my funds I verified all security questions everything they ask an they say I violated their terms so my account cancel an cant get my money. I did not apply for credit card nor open a bank account with them that required my ss or d.o.b nor my son's. It's just a name there was no fraud committed all they had to due is let me update the first name on the account but no they decided to keep my money an cancel my account. Its 1572.38 they are holding from me on my amazon account it's my son name but I buy stuff with my wife cc with my cc an never had an issue I think that's more of an issue then me receiving money from a product I sold. We need to get together an sue the **bleep** out of them an make them go out of business. It's hard times right now were theres no work barely food to buy during this Corona virus. So let me kno if anyone comes across a good lawyer to wipe these mother **bleep**ers out.

PayPal held my money for 180 and when it is finally time to get my $14882 I logged in to my account and found my money gone, there was a transaction to PayPal they took my money and left me this Memo $14,868.43 USD;PayPal Posting Date:Apr 16, 2020;Payment to:Paypal;PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation;. Please if you found a lawyer let me know.

They had my money on hold for the exact 180 days an I received an email last week my funds where available to transfer out...what I did was reported them to BBB an you will get a response it took like 5 weeks but with the response I got phone numbers an email..they are some **bleep** an is keeping us tax payer money..we need to figure out a way to sue their **bleep** they really Destroy peoples life holding the money that do not belong to them...please let’s all get together an find the right lawyer

I fully agree with the gentleman looking for a lawyer to sue PayPal. My account has been limited for almost two years now. I have supplied all the information they requested. When I go to my account it shows that the info have been submitted but no feedback from them. Further we have called them several times but they have not been helpful at all. The biggest mistake I made was to join them.
