Bought fraudulent LoL goods and got my LoL acc banned, seller refuses to reply to me, what to do?

Hello there.
I recently bought fraudulent goods that got my LoL account banned, I tried to speak with the seller and work it out with them but they refuse to give me any type of help and swift the blame on me.
Upon further investigation I found out he was telling close friends that what he was selling was bannable and a fraud and told said friends to not buy from him or anyone that has a similar store as him.
What can I do? Will Paypal help me? I complained to Paypal and opened up a case of every transaction I got with this seller but I'm afraid that Paypal will side with him even though I provided over 10+ screenshots of the matter.

If these transactions were sent as Goods & Services payments or Protected Payments, you have 180-days to open up a case for Item Not Received or Significantly Not As Described.
