Bravofly scam, has anybody manage to get their money back from bravofly?

Hello,

Just wondering has anybody been successful in recovering their money for Flights Tickets?

Unfortunately, I used bravofly not only i was charged much more which was displayed on the screen, I was also issued tickets of wrong dates.

I contact them but have not heard from them.

Is opening a dispute will help me in recovering my money?

Any help?

I am sorry to hear there is an issue with a purchase you made. I know this must be frustrating. When you make a transaction using PayPal, you have 180 days to report any issues.

As you have stated that they issued your tickets for the incorrect dates, I would suggest you open a PayPal dispute on the payment. Please choose the dispute type, Significantly Not As Described. 

To open a dispute, simply follow the steps here.

Yes, I have already opened a dispute against bravofly on 10 th Nov under item significantly different to how it was described.

But still, I am trying to understand how this company bravofly can is operating?
