Can't lodge dispute - Paypal logs me out

Can't lodge dispute - I have tried to lodge a complaint 3 times since morning, after I upload the photos Paypal logs me out & asks me to log in again. Anyone facing the same issue?

Thank you for your post in the Community Forum, and welcome! I'm very sorry to hear that you've had difficulty opening a dispute. It sounds like either the login is timing out, or if that is not the case, that there is a technical issue. If this problem has continued through to today, please contact Customer Service to request that a dispute be opened manually for you. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal site. 

 

I hope this is already resolved, but I know that you'll be able to have that set up with Customer Service if not so.
