I am sorry to know that you can no longer use a PayPal account due to limitations. I can certainly understand how frustrating something like this can be. Account limitations are placed in situations where we see unusual or suspicious activity, or when we need to collect information necessary for keeping your account open. Usually, details about a limitation are sent via email or can be seen in the Resolution Center. If you've reviewed the limitation notification, User Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy, and do not feel the limitation is valid, please reach out to our PayPal Support team through the available contact options on our website.
