Yea I have seen many ads even ads sponsored on Facebook that are total scams. They have the look but if you go to most of their About pages and click on "Contact us" the information is missing. VERY difficult to find any real information on these fake companies.
HOWEVER, I FOUND a way to get your money back if you USE PAYPAL!
If you order something, they will send you a tracking # . It's a true tracking number but it's not going to your address. And the package is usually a pack of seeds or a .10 cent toy they pack and send to another address. So when it gets to it's destination it shows you received the package. However false that may be you will need to contact via email the postal service and have them "verify" that the shipping address was NOT your address. THEN forward that email response back to PayPal.
It's happened to me 3 times and I figured it out on the 2nd time so I received a full refund 2 times. PayPal is a good business but like all businesses they need proof. And simply put a video camera showing no arrival is not proof. But, the email correspondence from shipping company is.
Hope this helps someone in the future.

Same thing happened to me! I clicked a link from Instagram that said it was Wayfair. I made an order on a very convincing looking site. I have a confirmation code: M3202212035184028 And the confirmation page said "Wayfair clearance sale, Black Friday ongoing sale, limit one per person" at the top, just like the real site! I wanted to check the status of my order with Wayfair and it said I don't have one. I just talked to a customer support rep who said it's a scam; the order wasn't through them. I never received an email confirmation (weird, because ever since making a purchase on the "scam" site, I get constant spam emails from Wayfair) and they said I would have received an email confirmation and a ten digit confirmation code if it was legit. The PayPal purchase info says the Purchase details (4-SEAT POWER RECLINING LEATHER SECTIONAL SOFA WITH OUTLETS AND USB PORTS $99.99) but instead of saying the seller is Wayfair, it says it's Verónica [removed]. Turns out, the site was actually cybersale.shop, they were just taking advantage of the Black Friday shopping frenzy, and it's already been taken down. No way to contact the scammer. I'm curious, do any of the rest of you know who/what scammed you?

Hello @JaxMoneyGrl,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! It's certainly unfortunate when a transaction doesn't go quite as you had expected. Have you you checked to see if the option to Open a dispute is available. If it isn't and you funded the transaction with a debit or credit card, you may want to reach out to them to see what dispute options you may have available.
My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. Good luck with your future transactions!
