Getting a permanently limited for my new account, Why? help please

I just opened my account 2 days ago, I confirmed my identity and my proof of address in China also I linked my account to bank, but now while I am working to integrate IPN my friend did a test transaction for 6 USD from his account then I found that my account got permanently limitation instantly!! I do not know why, can anyone help my or advise me what to do? 

 

I am sure it is a mistaken by automated security systems because it is a new account with one transaction only?

I received payment from a family member and my account was permanently banned . Am sure its a mistake as i didn't understand what caused that specific problem.for now I can't access my funds

@PayPal_Ayesha  , first of all you never tell a "specific reason" to permanently limit an account, secondly, it's 100% done by your system bot, so why you say that "After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account", you should say that our automated bots have done it. Now let me tell you about my case, I am an online seller and I am successfully selling on many online platform with 100% positive customer feedback, recently I needed a paypal to sell on a "specific platform", I registered a new paypal account and guess what? just within 1 minute of my registration I got an email stating that "After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk" clearly sent by an automated bot because humanly it's not possible to review and judge an account within 30 seconds. Now I don't understand what is this "potential risk" that is associate with me, also you never tell about it. At least give me a chance to start and do 1,2 transaction then you should decide if there is any potential risk associate with me or my transections, how can you decide the "potential risk" just upon the basis of my registration.

 

Also you customer support is not supportive at all, nobody is listening my complaint, you people have simply judge me as a "potential risk" just by seeing my email id and password, that's amazing power you and your system has got......

 

Me and many other (genuine) users are very disappointed with paypal.... please have somebody to listen to us.

Dear Ayesha

 

Thanks for your support, but I got account limitation twice and I verified it and I provided the ID and proof of address as required then PayPal removed the limitation until I did 2 transactions to test the IPN integration each transaction amount only 6$ from my friend account.

As you can see in attached picture for received email you will see that I received the permanently limited before the transaction notification email, email sent in same time, so this mean the limitation was by systems automatically, so I tried to contact them through messages center but no response until now.

This is the third account they close it but at least other accounts I used for some months, but this account I don't started yet??

 

I think the issue is in my name (Mohammed) or in my nationality even if I live in China!!

@UnlockStudioDear Mohammed, paypal is behaving like a dictator, it's been more then 5-6 days since I am trying to get my "permanent limit" issue resolve, I am continuously trying to contact their support and in return I am getting nothing but only the "automated message"...! There is nothing we can do about it... I think Ayesha is also a robot (not a real person)...!

Do you have any alternatives to use instead of PayPal.

 

I did another account and also got permanent limitation, so I lost 2 account and no reply form them.

 

As you can see attached screenshot permanent limitation email arrive before transaction email, hahahahaha

 

What a west of time, any alternatives please
