Help, I received an email that I changed my password 20 minutes ago, yet no prompt on 2FA for anything, so I'm wondering on how it happened. I didn't click the email, i went through the official page to login and froze my cards but now I'm worried that something might be wrong.
I changed back my password and the new email came from the same address too.

Hello @gkrystallis,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some unrecognized activity. As long as you've updated your password and you do not see any unauthorized activity in your PayPal Activity, you're normally OK. However, here's a Help Center article on Reporting Unauthorized Activity and one regarding Safeguarding Your Account.
Good luck!
