Help Can i get the $100 NZD which was in USD currency $77???

It’s a scam. PayPal do not ask senders to send more money after money is sent in order for you to receive money or anything. Upgrading to or to open a business account is free. If you don’t see money in your account, you have not been paid and just move on.

So did you actually receive $230? Did you send them money yet? Don’t.

Just call customer service and ask them to refund or reverse the entire payment back to sender for you because it’s a scam. I wouldn’t want to keep any of the money sent. The money may come from stolen account and you’ll get chargebacked later if you do not refund correctly and may end up on the hook for PayPal fees if sender paid as goods and services. PayPal don’t refund their fees these days. So let PayPal refund it for you.

On the other hand, did you pay the $100? If you paid it as goods and services, you may open a dispute at the resolution center. If you sent money as friends and family, it’s typically not covered by purchase protection.
