Help with uploading pictures

Hello I have problem because whenever I upload picture of my documents on https://www.paypal.com/restore/dashboard its says that the pictures are blured or low quality but you can clearly see everything on that picture so I asking for help because I need to pay for something very quickly

I understand that you have a problem uploading the documents. If you get an Error message during upload? Here's what it means.

If you still have problems uploading the documents, then I suggest you to please contact our PayPal customer support directly.
