Hi, I bought some USPS stamps that were in clearance from FranklinMintMalls.com.  I didn't realize that  it was a Chinese website and fear it might be a scam.  I would like to cancel it.  I just bought them today.  Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

First, try to contact merchant to cancel order. You can find their contact info within the transaction details or at their website. Failing that, report a problem
 through the Resolution Center

Be sure to choose the appropriate reason carefully for best results:

Issues with your purchase

I haven’t received the item or service     >

I received an item or service that was different or not as described     >

I want a refund for some or all of the items in this order     >

Issues with the seller

The seller didn’t respond when I had contacted them about an issue     >

I wasn’t satisfied with the seller’s offer     >

The seller’s website or product listing is incorrect or doesn’t exist anymore     >

I came across negative reviews for this seller     >

If merchant is unable to cancel order because they already shipped, wait for delivery and report item not received or item not as described where appropriate. Otherwise, select from options under Issues with the Seller.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Thank you.  I did contact them and due to the hour difference I will wait until tomorrow for a response.  If not, I will follow your suggestions.  Thank you.
