Hello!
So, I actually have a personal account in paypal for my personal transaction, and its already linked to my local bank. Recently, i started streaming on TWITCH platform and had to made business account for donation/tipping (i made new one because the old one has my real name, privacy and everything). Because i had my personal account linked already with my bank, i cannot use my business account to link with the same bank. And i just realized that my account is being limited when i checked the tip that i got from my viewers. (it says its going to be on held for 180 days).

I tried contacting Paypal Support service on Twitter and provide every information i can, but their reply is more like " If the Resolution Center states you can no longer use PayPal, unfortunately, the limitation can't be removed".

Is there anything i can do about this?

Im not from State so English isnt my first language, im sorry if i put it wrongly. If theres anyone who can enlighten me i would be very grateful. Thank you very much in advance!

Hello @mawatama

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear your account has been permanently limited. There may be a few different reasons as to Why your account is limited. However, if your account is permanently limited, it's normally because of some kind of Acceptable Use Policy violation.

You're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams to discuss this a bit further, but please understand this kind of decision isn't one that normally can be reversed.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may present,
