They emailed me saying my proof of I'd was no good so I can get my ten for signing up but I can't find how or were to resend the picture of the I'd to

I understand you're looking to resend the ID to receive payments. You can click on the notifications tab to complete the steps listed there or visit the resolution center of your PayPal account to upload the files. You can attach the files using these formats: gif, jpg, or png and also make sure to give a recognizable name along with the description of the file.
