I was robbed by paypal. A Fiverr seller provide no work for 45$ USD. They sided with FIverr seller

Once again, I was robbed by PayPal, I was told to give more information. So I took the entire contents of the conversation on Fiverr and gave it to PayPal. It was this environment we used to determine I was going to hire him. This Vendor kept lying and was inconsistent, within 1 day I file to get my money back.

Paypal found in his favor. I can't tell you how many times Paypal has done this since all the accounts I've owned since 2006. I"m not too sure what I'm going to do aside from calling Corporate and posting Paypal horror stories like mine on my once flourishing news website that I was paying this Fiverr helper from Pakistan to do. Even the seller said to PayPal refund him. He spent more money than he had and denied it. 

I'm asking for ideas before I file a press release in a couple of states here in America because PayPal has been robbing people left and right. If I seizure enough over this then files a l@wsuit for a couple 100$.

 I don't care if there was swearing on my part. That's apart of life, Paypal asked for proof, 47 pages of conversation were put into PDF form of the fiverr conversation, where he agrees to send my back, then he makes me keep begging for it as a full grown man, asking what he did...He found out what he did..... Whoever is in charge of this Paypal community, send this to whatever department you have to get my money. I want it now. 

Paypal lied and said I provided no information. You sided with a thief.

I'm also tempted to post the 47-48 Page PDF I uploaded because this guy admits to being a null software cracker and user... And this is who paypal sides with and determines he gets my money. Paypal is a way different place since Elon Musk owned it... When are the Somalians that rob ships going to figure out the real booty is online robbing people with PayPal?

Paypal is not available or supported in Pakistan so not sure how you could pay him unless he was breaking rules and using another countries paypal account?

Secondly paypal does not accept proof in emails / chats or anything else like that as it can be easily changed.

Lastly if you filed a dispute within 1 day the which dispute option did you select?

If it was unauthorised you would lose as you were not hacked and did make the transaction.

If it was non receipt of item or service then proof would be required from both parties before paypal would make a judgement call once you escalated to a claim.

If it was item or service received but not as described then there is little buyer protection for a service so you would need to risk assess that before proceeding and as you knew the seller was in Pakistan where paypal is not supported then odd you trusted him to go ahead with the transaction?

I would put this one down to experience, you risked and lost unfortunately.
