JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.

Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.

"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED."  I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!

I just got my money back from PayPal. The original purchase price and the return postage. They ask that everyone keep on sending in the complaints about the FRAUD merchants so they can get them closed down. She stated that when they close down one another 3 show up. So keep on with your disputes and don't give up.

Ye in the end after a week of ringing pay pal 4 times and hours on the phone ive been refunded. My argument is PayPal close a dispute just because this Seller sends a tracking number. The tracking number was for someone else and diffrent address! I asked royal mail just to email me stating no parcel under that number was ever delivered to me! PayPal should at least wait for a response and proof that that number is for the buyer before closing the dispute. Took me ages to sort. Puts you off when company's can get away with it..🤬

So, people, just proves that others are having success doing what I suggested weeks ago..My local PO Mgr actually printed the screen showing that there tracking number provided by these criminals related to another person, different address, different sender in Victoria, AUS, NOT JINZHOU,or whatever bogus name they have these days.. Get your proof, then CALL, CALL, CALL PayPal.. Eventually, whoever has to give these refunds will give up - DON'T LET THESE CRIMINALS WIN!

Ye tracking number will show but not if not yours! The point is this company giving paypal a tracking number but my argument is that the tracking number is for a totally diffrent address and name so wont show thats persons details for obv reasons unless yours

Just had my dispute denied from Paypal involving this company. I explained that they are using false tracking numbers and they said since they provided one that they believe them. Like how are there hundreds of users disputing this company and they are still believing that its not a scam? I am very confused and **bleep** off! How can I get my money back?

They refused my refund and closed my case. I have evidence from Royal Mail that the false tracking they provided did NOT relate to my address. I have sent the evidence to complaints and to their virtual assistant but there is no way to enter it into the dispute documentation. They are in bed with international gangsters

You need to get back on that horse, now! Just when you think it's done, gather yourself together and CALL them, as many times as you need to - make an effort to get this out of your head for good! CALL, then if, when each call is done, you don't feel 'that did it!', CALL AGAIN, UNTIL YOU GET A REPRESENTATIVE WHO GETS WHAT YOU'RE SAYING, THAT YOU WON'T GO AWAY UNTIL WRONG HAS BEEN RIGHTED...Think of all the innocent people without a voice that this has happened to and CALL AGAIN... They can't keep going, it's just not right! It went far beyond money for me..

DONT GIVE UP! That's what they're waiting for..All of this community discussion (with reward of KUDOS is simply diversion tactics..it is surely geared so that frustrations are spent and people simply go away..I haven't gone away, but I've actually received my refund, IN FULL! Paypal aren't meant to know our work history, but, if they knew mine, they'd have sorted this sooner..Not saying I'm a superhero, at all, but I stand up for rights..Scammers work on the idea that they are smarter than the 'gullible public' who willingly part with their hard-earned $ BEFORE GETTING THE PRODUCT...BUT then, they make the stupid mistake of providing a seemingly logical tracking number, to stop the hunt for elusive products & to complete their masquerade as a totally legitimate business, to PAYPAL, the facilitators.. Your key is to save all communications, via screenshot is easiest, then go to your local post office, present that tracking number to a helpful postal admin and get a printout of who that tracking number actually related to... THIS IS THEIR EVENTUAL DOWNFALL.. If, as I did, you CALL PayPal, (don't rely on their online offshoots, that's circular)....then, email to PAYPAL, all screenshots or images of proof from your post office, they MUST see reason..I called them numerous times in the same day to achieve this.. DONT GIVE UP! THAT'S WHAT SCAMMERS WANT!

I agree. I did the same. I figured you are going to scam me then pay pal not stick up for me. Well I emailed a couple times a day and they had to reply and waste their time and money. And wasn’t going to stop. Finally got my money back on both items that I never received. Don’t give up! Get you money back!
