JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.

Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.

"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED."  I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!

I've now been told by a PayPal assistant that they cannot accept my Royal Mail proof by email, as it cou!d have been edited. I have to get it on paper. I've been told that my delivery office doesn't have a printer so can't provide this! I've actually had enough now.

I am in the same boat. I cannot believe I'm going around in circles. Help centre told me to get letter so my postal service emailed me to say that tracking number is not attached to my details so I didn't know how to email it to the help centre so they eventually gave me email address and when I forwarded the email I had as proof from my postal service I received an auto reply telling me to go to the help centre and give them the information. Seriously I'm ready to pull my hair out.

The message centre offers the opportunity to upload and attach information but you can’t directly forward emails. I copied my email to a word document and uploaded that. They still didn’t accept it! After several weeks of messages I rang my bank today and they immediately refunded my £15-99 which I know is a paltry amount. I also have a claim against the same company for 13-99. This is still “being decided” . I expect the outcome will be the same...the tracking number on this item is not even detectable! Once PayPal decision is finalised I will again approach my bank. I will never use PayPal again and am not leaving this. I will submit an official complaint to PayPal about this company and also be writing to their CEO. They should not be getting away with this and should be divorcing this company if they value their reputation.

PayPal have today refunded my payment on my second claim of £13.99 against this company! I was waiting for them to decline it like the first claim fo £15.99 but this time I didn’t have to argue. I think that because I created such a fuss over the first one they might have thought that this one wasn’t worth the hassle but I had checked back on the resolution centre info and the tracking number the firm had supplied as Hermes didn’t even exist on the Hermes site.

I approached my bank yesterday  about the first claim and they immediately refunded it without question. Although I have my money back I still intend to raise awareness of this company’s scamming activities and suggest you all continue to do the same

Yes, that's what they're hoping for, that we'll give up! So they make it hard...Get angry, then use that anger to make you strong enough to jump through their ridiculous hoops, yet again.. CALL THEM, yet again, you'll get someone else who may see logic..Don't let the B-A-S-T-A-R-D-S WIN! MAKE THEM PAY FOR ALL THE HEARTACHE THEY PUT US THROUGH. IT'S SIMPLY NOT FAIR!

I also emailed Jinzhou this: "I never received this. Give me a refund immediately." It was shipping at 24hservice dot vip.

I have now telephoned my bank & requested a chargeback via the card I use to pay PayPal (I should have done that in the first place). They took full details of the issue & granted me a refund straight away but now they have to await any response from the seller, within 60 days, ''Who may wish to claim that the item was delivered''. The bank will then ask me for my Royal Mail proof of non delivery. Presumably they will accept a copy of the email & believe me when I tell them I've not tampered with it in order to commit fraud.

Sad you're giving up..I got confirmation in writing (with a post office stamp & signature, took an image of that, then emailed it and that was accepted (after 3 lengthy PayPal phone calls in one day) so don't understand why you're being denied, as ANYTHING IS OPEN TO FRAUD, EVEN AN IMAGE, TAKEN BY PHONE BUT THESE ANIMALS GET THE OK TO DEFRAUD EVERYONE? - THAT'S WHAT WE'RE FIGHTING HERE..
