Hi, I made a wrong Mpesa to paypal transaction.My PayPal account is restricted.

I am sorry to hear what has happened. I know this must be concerning. Your PayPal account must be in good standing to make transfers with GCash. 

When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the Resolution Center to resolve it. Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review. You would then be updated via email. For further details, please click here. 

Regarding your transfer, please reach out to GCash directly for assistance with this.
