Permanently limited PayPal account, disabled

Well Hello their, In recent month I have received an email from PayPal at which they have limited my account and asked me to provide dosuments. I have provided all documents. Then they have requested me to provide the details of 8 transactions of payment I have received. As I am providing digital services it does not have any hard form shape or need to ship as parcel so it does not have any such documentations. But I have shared the order I have received and provide the screenshots of client and my discussion at which we have provided the services. After submitting all documents I have received 2 transaction proof of sale notification which proof I had already provided. Well I provided the updated document. After last step I have received an email that my account got permanently limited and I can not do any business via using PayPal. While I have enough balance in my account to counter the any dispute if I receive. I have active linked bank account attached with my account. Beside this I have not any such dispute which can make me any risk. I have used my PayPal account 4 to 5 years. I have never failed to resolve the dispute as I do not take time to refund if ever I have received any dispute. As a customer frankly speaking I have very good reputation. But after having everything according to book of rules you have given I get permanently limited. It is almost more then 2 month passed I have not dispute or anything from any of my client which shows how secure is my transactions. Now can you please guide me what are the reasons to have such rude disability of my account buly PayPal company. Doesn't I provided all the documents on time? Doesn't I have enough money maintained in account? Does I have any abusive usage of your services? If not then why my account is permanently limited. If you need further documents for verification I can provide you as I have everything according to books. Please either provide the strong reason why I get some rudeness from PayPal or get the PayPal account active again. Thanks

Normally permanent limitations can't be appealed however you need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
