Problem with business account for LLC

Hi,

I am the only owner of LLC partnership, and I am not tax resident of USA and I don’t have US citizenship. I tried to provide beneficial owner information but this registration form assumes that I am US citizen and it wants from me SSN or ITIN, I don’t have such thing, I have EIN. How change citizenship to other country? Why it’s locked ? It possible to open here business account for LLC if you are not US citizen?

If you are not a U.S citizen then why are you using a U.S paypal account?

Thank you for your reply, I tied open it this way because LLC is US partnership. I think if I try to open business account with my local PayPal there will be no such option as LLC.

Paypal is country specific and you should not be using another countries paypal account.

Best to open one in your own country and work with the options that they offer?

I can't open account in my country as I don't have business registered in my country. I can open personal account only. I talk with their support, I hope it's possible to open because on Stripe there was no problem and one other payment gateway too. Thank you.
