Proof of purchase page can't be clicked

Hi Pay Pal Community 

After my customer send the money for our transaction, this message appear in my pay pal home: 
We would like some information from you to ensure that you're able to fulfill orders from your customers (with a red flag)

And there are 3 options I should fill:
Provide more info on your transaction(s) -> Submitted
Provide proof of fulfillment -> Submitted
Provide proof of purchase from your supplier -> Here is the problem began: When clicking the resolve button, appear new small page that contains I should provide some data from the supplier, and I can't do anything on that page, even I cant press the X (exit button) the page is stuck there. I have already tried with 3 different devices and cleared my cache and still happening.  

is there any simple way to solve this problem? I really need help.

I'm sorry to hear that the page is unresponsive. Please try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser and reload the browser. Re-login to PayPal and navigate back to the upload page. If the problem persists after that, contact customer service to report the issue and discuss the possibility of uploading the documents another way.
