Please how long does it take to review the payment and refund - item not delivered. It's been a month since I submitted my request and the deadline for PAYPAL's review of the case keeps moving.
As long as you have escalated to a claim then how long it takes is largely dependent on how many disputes/claims are ongoing at the moment and whether the transaction is international or not + if the seller has provided tracking which shows item on the way.
