Shoddy, strangely-sized, flimsy, shapeless women's clothing - has anyone been able to successfully get a refund from this company? Seems to be a complete waste of money.

They are scammers - but Paypal should watch who they do business with. I was using paypal instead of putting in my credit card, but it is not worth it. 1. I will only use paypal when i know the company or person. 2. I will not order on line anymore! Not wroth it - put your mask on and go in to a store! 3. Paypal should be ashamed to run a business like this.
I did however, win my money back from another company, but paypal took 2 months to "review" and give me my money back!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
There were no reviews when I ordered. Now there are many with terrible reviews. I would give 0 stars if possible.
The clothing took over 20 days to arrive. When it did, the sizing was comical. The size L women's shorts would not fit a small child. One blouse was HUGE and the other very tight (both in the same size). The shoes I ordered seriously (not being snarky) are GIANT and look as if a clown in the circus could wear them. The merchandise is nothing like what was pictured.
The website to return now says they do not have an account in my name and I can not log in to dispute the charge. The address to return is in China and will cost approximately $90 to ship back. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company.

The item I ordered was poor quality fabric and tiny. I feel ripped off. This has happened to me before when a 'really good value' ad popped up in my ebay feed, so my next step is to complain to ebay for including these dreadful scam companies. I think I have finally learned my lesson. Does any body actually have the return address in China, I am finding it difficult to find.

Forget about returning anything - you will NEVER get your money back, and PayPal won't help - they're only in it for the money too, and care nothing about their customers. Stop using PP - I did. See all the other posts about Roselinlin - PP has done nothing to put them out of business.

If you have had a problem with such a company and paid by credit card ask the card co to refund you if you do not get anywhere directly. I sent (to John Lewis Partnership card) screen pics of the company's garment illustrations and pics of the actual items, plus close-ups of the poor quality stitching and a list of my contacts with Roselinlin. They refunded in full. (But if you paid by Paypal with a credit card this may not work, sadly.)
If everyone does this there will be some action against them from the banks, I am sure!
I will not bother to repeat my own story, we have all had the same experience. Not just that the quality is not good, but that the clothes bear no resemblance at all to the pics. Sizes are ridiculous (giant in my case, for size small, other customers say much too small). I believe the same company is using other names and advertising widely online - similar adverts and reviews for NewChic and JustFashionNow.

Here is my response to PayPal after they informed me that I had "Earned" the "Esteemed Badge" on the Paypal Community webpage, which a real person evidently NEVER sees:
YOU IDIOTS! Are you even aware that "People like what (I) have to say"(your words) because I am calling for a boycott of PayPal?! EvidentlY no one EVER looks at the PP Community posts- if you did, you would see that the complaints about the Roselinlin Co., whom you support over your customers, have been viewed thousands of times - that's how many of your customers have been ripped off by this disgusting scam company. PP refused to take any action when I opened a dispute, claiming that you had no record of my returning the piece of junk I received from Roselinlin (many people say that they never received anything, after paying), even after I provided (twice!) postal receipts for the return. You are as much of a scam as this disgusting Chinese company, and I will never use PP again. Many of the former customers who have been scammed are doing the same thing - not that anyone at PP would notice, since no one ever checks the Community posts - why even have that feature?!
