SOLVED IT: National ID when I don't have one? only passport? SOLVED

Hello, basically the issue I have is that paypal is asking me for some updated documents/information? so I can continue to use paypal.

I don't have any issues with this; I have passports id, divers license etc but now they are asking for a "national id card" number? and I don't have one, I could get one but..  why wouldn't a passport work just fine? 

I have of course tried to open my swedish passport and write in the passport number, and everything related it but  that does not work.

So, how can I maybe avoid having to go and get a national id just for paypal?

Hi, the "national id card" number is actually my person number, so my date of birth + 4 last numbers that we have here in Sweden. without the "19" at the start if youre born before the 2000.

EX; [Removed. Phone #s not permitted]nbsp; where 9878 is the last 4 numbers.

These numbers are just random ive picked.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
