I purchased from this company in middle of July and Just received my coat and the size is correct and it’s a beautiful Western style coat. Gorgeous and I will be buying more from this company.

Do not buy off them.  Total scam.  Paypal wont support you when you get ripped off

I purchased 3 pairs of trousers and they were not at all similar to the items pictured.  Cotton/linen trousers turned out to be cotton/polyester and the canvas work trousers were flimsy cotton.  The fit was very different and the colours were not close to the pictures.  I raised a complaint through Paypay and they disallowed the 50% refund as the items were sufficiently similar they reckon.  So now I'm stuck with 3 pairs of ugly trousers that are not what I wanted. This is clearly a scam company since they trade under many names, but all the payments go through the same account.  The items are very poor quality.

I made an order over a month ago and haven’t received anything. I haven’t heard from the seller at all. I hope paypal recognizes we’ve been scammed.

PayPal continues to ignore all of the complaints. MYbe they need to be Reported for supporting a company that is a total scam. I cancelled my order an hour after it was placed and now have over 25 e mails back and forth with the company and PayPal. Did you notice your money is immediately withdrawn from the bank and the do not allow you to cancel. PayPal is evidently involved.

I purchased some "shoes" that were supposed to be canvas. They arrived today. Nothing like they were pictured / described. They look like they were made as a child's craft project. I think the sole is foam. I am requesting a refund

In my case, the order was from Hey Pants. They are fradulent in their business practices. The fact that this has been reported by SO many people shows that PayPal either doesn't pay attention, or they don't care. Also, PayPal has been NO help. Trying to contact them via their customer service number was pointless. I opened 3 cases on this issue and they closed everyone, including literally right after I submitted the last one! Below is their response to sending me the wrong items, and keeping money they charged my PayPal account for.

Sorry to hear this. This size we sent is Asian size.

There is size chart on product page, have you checked it before place order.    

The returned shipping charge is very expensive, is it possible you keep item.

Maybe you can pass it to your friend as a gift.

I am extremely upset that your company is causing me the inconvenience of having to take and send pictures, as well as not refunding my money to my PayPal account as I requested.
 
I've attached pictures for your reference. Also, there are two items missing from my order; yet, the company still charged my PayPal account for them. You can see from the attached order that I was charged $53.98 for those items I never received. This in addition to being sent the wrong color and size of another item.
 
This is such an unsavory business practice, and I will be writing an extremely negative review for others to read so they don't have to go through this.

Please, just do the right thing and issue me a refund.

I asked on three separate occasions for this order to be cancelled due to issues I've had with you company, their communications, and the length of time to process the order.
 
Part of the order came in today. I do not want this order any more. Not only was it a partial order, with two items are missing, and the items I received were either too big or too small. I was sent an XL blue blouse versus a white one in size L. It is HUGE! The Women's Lace Hollow Wide Leg Casual in L fit more like a small!
 
I am very disappointed in this order and will not be recommending your company to anyone unless you refund the entire amount of $155.19 to my PayPal account $155.19. That is the amount of my original order. Once the refund posts to my account, I will return the order you sent me.

Are you serious! I asked you FOUR times to cancel my order! Not only that, you sent the wrong items. AND you charged me and additional $53.98 for items I didn’t even receive! Yes, I looked at the chart. You also sent the wrong Size and Color! No, I won’t keep them and give them as gifts! For you to even ask me to do that is unprofessional and no way to conduct business. Refund my PayPal account t for the total amount of $155.19!
