Seller accepts to do partial refund if I return the item

I only wrote in the expected refund a value lower than the item's cost, now the seller has agreed to refund that amount if I return the item, what should I do? I don't want my dispute to be closed.

I completely understand your concern here. If you opened the dispute for a Significantly Not as Described item, we typically require you to return the item to the seller to issue full refund. Since you updated a different amount for refund, your best option would be to contacting our Customer Care department.
