I only wrote in the expected refund a value lower than the item's cost, now the seller has agreed to refund that amount if I return the item, what should I do? I don't want my dispute to be closed.

Hello @chobo90
Thank you for the post and welcome to our community forum!
I completely understand your concern here. If you opened the dispute for a Significantly Not as Described item, we typically require you to return the item to the seller to issue full refund. Since you updated a different amount for refund, your best option would be to contacting our Customer Care department. You can contact us by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page or send us a message through our Twitter(@AskPayPal) and Facebook page for additional assistance.
I hope this information helps
