Hi guys, I recently bought a watch via PayPal G&S, which was stated as new in the advertisement, upon receiving the watch was used the seller was informed immediately, also I opened a dispute with PayPal , I received a email from PayPal saying to get verification done from third party . In the meantime seller agreed to take the watch back and refund. Seller has sent me a label too (on WhatsApp) Do I need to inform PayPal that seller has agreed to take the watch back ? Do I need to enter the return tracking in PayPal? please advise how to take this foward as it’s a high value item . Obviously I don’t want to send it back and be left with nothing without any confirmation from PayPal Thank you!
