Some iat PayPal payment

There is a 54.91 in some iat PayPal stuff and I want to no what this payment is for in my saving account being taking out

I see IAT Paypal in my bank records quite a bit when I choose to have paypal draw from my bank account and it's a payment to a seller outside the US where they do a currency conversion.
