Space Cockroach withdrew $5.00 from my Pay Pal. I don't know what it was for and how can I get the money back and keep this from happening again

Yep, PayPal doesnt care about it, they are as corrupted as these fraudulous companies. Should be reported to the medias and authorities, seriously! they took 10dollars from me too, contacted the company, doesnt answer, contacted paypal and they dont care

As you have given 0 information on how they stole the funds or what happened or what you have done so to resolve the issue then hard to advise.

Check if you had a subscription set up and if so cancel it.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I understand your concern about the unauthorized charge in your account. No need to worry! PayPal offers full protection for the confirmed unauthorized transactions. Please check if this charge is a part of a subscription you've set up in your account. If the charge isn't apart of a subscription/automatic payment, please report it in the resolution center and the steps to report the charge can be found here : How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity?

Firstly google to see if you can locate what the company is.

Secondly check here......

Lastly if still no luck recognising it then click on the transaction and using the report a problem link bottom of that details page report it as unauthorised?
