I have had two payments taken from me by Uber Payments BV and this wasn’t me. Has this happened to anybody before and if so, how did you get your money back as I really am unsure how to
Check if Uber is listed as automatic payment settings. If these transactions are tied to a billing agreement, PayPal will deny your claims. Report it to Uber Support and ask them for refund. Uber BV is Uber outside of the USA.
