Hello everyone. I'd love to get some more experienced people's advice on a situation of mine.
I noticed an unauthorized unrecognized payment on my paypal account. I tried reporting a fraudulent payment claim but it failed. Maybe because there wasn't proof, or that it was made through friends and family (it would made sense that a scammer would use f&f to void any reports, right?)
I tried calling customer support and getting in touch with an agent, but was only met with unhelpful bots unfortunately.
What do you think would be the next step for me to try to get back my money? I appreciate all your time to answer and read.
