I am extremely concerned. I just noticed unauthorized charges to my PayPal account to Uber Technologies, Inc. I have never used Uber or UberEats before in my life so I do not have an Uber account. It said there was a payment agreement in there with them which I never made or authorized. The charges ate up the $7.16 I had in my account & then charged to a bank card I had on file. These payments were made in GBP (Great British Pounds) & I've never been out of my country or authorized any kind of payment, especially in GBP. I changed my info, deleted my cards, canceled the user agreement I never made but I am EXTREMELY concerned my account was hacked!!! I desperately need this resolved. I have a newborn to care for. I can't be having my hard earned money stolen from me.

Hello @slyheaven,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I am sorry to know about the unauthorized charges on the account and I understand your concern regarding the outcome of the case. Remember, you’re protected against unauthorized transactions sent from your account and not for billing agreements. Please be sure to check your billing agreements. This charge could be from a service you signed up for in the past, which could be the reason for closed case. In this situation, I would recommend you to contact our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can help you accordingly.
Regards,
Ayesha
