I was charged by paypal in my credit card.

I think someone hacked or used my credit card and used paypal. I dont know who since i am the only one who uses my credit card. Im here now in australia but my credit card is issued from the Philippines. When i checked my Bank app, i was charged  with 2 transactions (PHP 5,190 and PHP1,819).

The description in my bank app is Paypal BFJADEESER[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]SGP and the other one is Paypal* Internation&nbs[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]SGP

Hello @jamdqn

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum!

I'm sorry to hear your card was used for unauthorized purchases on PayPal. If the purchases do not show on your PayPal account, please immediately call your bank to report the unauthorized activity and request a new card. After you've done that, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support teams, and we can investigate and report the charges through PayPal. As a heads up, they will most likely need the compromised card number to find the transactions. You can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website.

Now, if you do see the transactions on your PayPal account, please reset your password and security questions right away. You'll also want to report the activity by following the instructions on our Help Center here: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity? To add another layer of security on your PayPal account, I recommend setting up 2-Step Verification

I hope this information helps you to report the activity and obtain refunds!
