WHY THE HELL PAYPAL PERMANENTLY LIMITED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN?

So today i just got a love letter email from PayPal. They said my account just got limited permanently. It's a new account. My old account (that's made in 2015, but i just started using it since 2020) just got limited 2 weeks ago.

They're holding my $1250 on another account, and they're holding $300 on my new account now! I have to wait 180 days during this pandemic time. That's fckng idiot. When i asked them what rules i broke, they don't even tell me!!! I'm a game seller (digital service), i don't thint it's violating PayPal rules. It's suck to use PayPal. I hope this damn company get sued and people leave this leech company forever.

If you have already been banned from using paypal then why would you try and open and use another paypal account against their rules?

Because i saw many people can make new PayPal account, even some people has multiple PayPal account. And i already asked PayPal customer service on Facebook if i could make new Facebook, and he said i can! I don't know why the heck PayPal don't allow it's user to create new PayPal, especially when their old account gets limited by PayPal. Of course they don't want to lose customer.
