What to do about getting a refund on something purchased over 180 days ago?

I have made 3 orders with a company called Special Reserve Games since December 30th 2021. I would like to cancel and refund an order I made in May, and I SHOULD be able to, according to their own site's FAQ (the item is still available for purchase/in the pre-order window), but they are refusing a cancellation.
I have thought about opening a dispute via Paypal for it. However, my oldest order is past the 180 days in which you can make a dispute, and I'm concerned the company may cancel all my orders without refunding me, and I would have no way of receiving a refund for the December order.
I know this may sound absurd but this company seems petty enough to do it, hence my concern.
Is there anything I can do in this situation to ensure this doesn't happen?
Many thanks

The only way to get a refund or is eligible for a refund through PayPal is to file a dispute within 180 days of payments, regardless of what the merchants terms is. If you haven’t received your order by nearly six months, you’re not going to receive it at all and might as well get your refund from PayPal, adhering to PayPal’s policies.
That December order is a lost cause, btw unless you paid with credit card and your card issuer may let you dispute it. The 2nd/3rd order can still be refunded at PayPal as long as you dispute within 180 days so you can wait on those if you want.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Many thanks for your response.
That's a shame, the amount I paid wasn't a small one (around £100) so that's definitely going to sting a bit. I'll look into disputing the other orders however.
